Speech and Language Therapy

There are speech and language departments at the John Radcliffe,  Churchill and Horton General hospitals.

Speech and language therapists work with patients who have difficulties with speech, voice, language and/or swallowing. These problems are caused by a range of underlying disorders, so therapists work across many of the departments and wards.

The Adult Speech and Language Therapy Service is a countywide service, providing care in hospitals, the community and learning disability sector.
