Clinical measurement
The role of the Clinical Measurement Group is to ensure that physiological measurements made on patients are reliable and accurate and that the best use is made of equipment. This involves calibration, quality assurance and maintenance of equipment, performing specialised measurements on patients and teaching other groups of clinical staff about the correct use of equipment. The group also runs an equipment library service..
