What are 'fixed-price packages'?
'Fixed-price packages' are provided by Oxford Radcliffe Private Healthcare for many operations, and are available to most people, regardless of age. They offer you the advantage of having your operation at a time that suits you and at a price that has been agreed beforehand.
The price will often include:

all your nursing care during your stay in hospital
-
the costs of your private accommodation
-
operating theatre fees
-
any drugs and dressings that you need while in hospital.
For many packages, surgeon, anaesthetist, radiologist and pathologist professional fees will also be included. If they are not we will advise you of this.
In order to give you peace of mind, the 'fixed-price package' will cover the cost of treatment of any complication occurring within 30 days, provided the follow-up treatment is also performed at the Oxford Radcliffe Hospitals and you have followed the advice of your consultant and other medical professionals involved. The decision as to whether a condition or complication is related to the procedure rests with your consultant.
All you have to do is to discuss referral to a consultant with your general practitioner, and after the initial consultation you will be given a price for your operation.
The 'fixed-price package' price is subject to change depending on your health status at pre-operative assessment, and Oxford Radcliffe Private Healthcare reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time prior to surgery.
