The Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust is made up of four hospitals in Oxfordshire. Three of these, the John Radcliffe Hospital, the Churchill Hospital and the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre, are located in Oxford; the fourth, the Horton General Hospital, is in the market town of Banbury, 25 miles north of Oxford.

Private patient inpatient services are usually situated within the relevant specialty.

All complaints will receive an acknowledgment within three working days of receipt, including contact details for further advice if required. A full response will be sent within 25 days of receipt.

Oxford University Hospitals is only able to investigate complaints relating to the facilities and services provided by the OUH or its partners. Complaints about an individual consultant are the responsibility of the consultant concerned.
