Good Clinical Practice (GCP) TrainingGCP training is freely available to all ORH employees involved in clinical research and is an OUH mandatory requirement for all researchers undertaking clinical trials of medicinal products and device trials. It should be updated two yearly. Elements of GCP are applicable to all clinical research and it is good practice for all researchers. Free Online CourseA free online GCP course is also available to all ORH employees. The course is designed specifically for professionals employed on non-commercial clinical trials and research studies including: Chief Investigator, Monitor, Study Coordinator, Data Manager, Principal Investigator, Other Investigator, Study Administrator, Research Nurse, QA Manager, Project Manager, Pharmacist The course is available in five modules:
At the end of each module there is a quiz and certificates are issued. Completeion of the quiz and receipt of the certificate is needed. It is not sufficient to access and read the content without doing the module quiz. Access is available via University of Oxford, Research Services. Complete the online registration form here Once eligibility has been established, a username and password will be issued for access to the course.
